  • Brooke Cyprus, M.S.

    CLINIC FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Brooke completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Loyola Marymount University. After some time working in the field of ABA and receiving clinic training, Brooke fell in love and became passionate about providing quality ABA services. She recently received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University. Brooke plans to sit for the BCBA exam to pursue certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

    At a young age, Brooke became passionate about working with children and began working with families with young children 2016. Brooke also has experience working in a clinic setting with clients who range in age from 3-7 years old. When working with children, Brooke provides authenticity, dedication, and compassion to each individual child and family that she encounters.

    As a behavioral clinician, Brooke has an intuitive approach to understanding her clients in order to cater to their personal needs and goals.

    As the clinic owner, Brooke strives to create a place that feels like home to each clinician and child. She strives for a balance of structure and fun while consistently building strong relationships with the team and families at Conscious Kids.

  • Jiaretzy De La Torre, B.A., RBT

    HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE MANAGER

    Jiaretzy has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences and Education Sciences from UC Irvine and spent the past year working at Conscious Kids as a Registered Behavior Technician. She continuously showed a genuine care for each of the clients she worked with, and grew to be an amazing clinician who helped push each kiddo towards their goals daily. While she is no doubt a wonderful Behavioral Clinician, she has transitioned in her role here at Conscious Kids to focus on Human Resources, Marketing, and other Managerial Tasks in 2023.

    With her personable and kindhearted character, Jiaretzy has formed close relationships with all of the staff, administrators, and families here at Conscious Kids, and is excited to continue those relationships throughout the office while in her new role.

    As the Human Resources and Office Manager of Conscious Kids, Jiaretzy strives to bring an organized, and thoughtful approach to helping in the growth and upkeep of our clinic. She also plans on continuing to make meaningful relationships with all teams that we collaborate with, potential and current staff, and of course, all of the amazing families and children that we get the privilege of working with.

    We are so lucky to have Jiaretzy on our team, and she is looking forward to growing in this new position!

  • Aisha Dilday, M.S.

    LEAD STAFF TRAINER & FAMILY COORDINATOR

    Since 2005 Aisha has served in the field of ABA providing clinical treatment to children with Autism. She has worked with children through direct intervention, within schools, as a supervisor, a parent educator, and as a consultant for individual families and classrooms in California and Nevada.

    For the past 7 years she has provided intensive training to those new to the field through didactic presentations and hands on teaching. Her passion for training is fueled by her desire to inspire new interventionists. They have the ability to change lives so their understanding of ABA and continual growth in the field is pertinent to not only their success, but the success of every client and family they have the honor to serve. The work is about people, not procedures.

    Aisha trains others to apply the foundations of ABA while keeping the unique individual as the priority.

  • Avery Encarnacion

    B.A., TEACHER’S AND SPEECH ASSISTANT

    Avery has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French and Francophone Studies from the University of San Diego. She first started working with Conscious Kids as an intern over the summer in 2022 and has come back every summer as a Behavior Technician until she recently graduated this past May. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, bringing a fresh and dynamic perspective to the team.

    Avery’s optimism, kind-heart, and compassion has made her a wonderful clinician and helps her to understand that each kiddo has individual needs and goals. Her flexibility and quickness to learn has shown that she is able to take on a new role as Conscious Kid’s Finance Manager, Speech Assistant, and Teaching Assistant.

    As a Finance Manager, she expertly oversees all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Conscious Kid’s financial operations. In her role as a Speech Assistant, she is able to offer hands-on support during the kiddos’s speech sessions at the clinic. As a Teaching Assistant, Avery works closely with Conscious Kid’s Academics teacher, Trista, helping to implement ideas and provide tailored support to help students achieve their goals.

    Avery is committed to creating a supportive and positive learning environment. She continuously seeks opportunities for growth and is always eager to learn new things. We are so happy to have Avery on our team!

  • Jaqueline Cabello, M.A., BCBA

    Jackie has been practicing in the field of ABA since 2019, and began working at Conscious Kids in 2022 while she was studying for her Master’s Degree from Arizona State University (ASU).

    After graduating with her Master’s in 2023, Jackie began supervising cases at Conscious Kids as an Assistant Mentor. During this time, Jackie worked diligently to provide consistent and effective support to all of her clients and teams while simultaneously studying for the BCBA exam.

    In 2024, she became a BCBA and has continued providing quality supervision and mentorship at Conscious Kids.

    Jackie is an extremely strong clinician, and is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. She provides a supportive yet firm approach to her teaching and creates strong rapport with each of her clients. Jackie is also great at providing support to the clinicians at Conscious Kids, and always strives to help them reach their full potential and continue learning throughout their careers.

    We are so grateful to have Jackie on our team, as she is not only an amazing BCBA, but also helps to create a wonderful environment at Conscious Kids!

  • Julie Rowland, M.Ed., BCBA

    Julie has been practicing in the field of ABA for over 15 years and began working at Conscious Kids in 2024. She earned her Master of Education with a focus on Autism in 2020.

    She began her career as a direct line therapist and moved into roles as a behavior specialist and then training lead before becoming a BCBA. Beyond that, Julie has experience traveling the country and the world as a behavior consultant, as well as designing, conducting and assisting on research studies within the field. She has worked with a wide range of demographics including adults and athletes, but specializes in early childhood intervention.

    Julie is dedicated to providing consistent, effective quality care to both her clients andstaff to help them reach their goals, striving to provide them with the tools to continue to learn and grow.

  • Adrianne Nicole Lim, M.A., BCBA

    Adrianne has always known she wanted to work with kids. She began her journey by volunteering for two summers with the youth at her local church, getting them more involved and organizing fun activities in the Philippines where she was born and raised.

    Her commitment continued as she spent over three years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping those in need reach their full potential. Adrianne earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with distinction from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2023 after completing her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Cal State University, Long Beach, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2021.

    She is passionate and a dedicated professional with a heart for making a difference in the lives of the children she works with. Adrianne became a BCBA in December of 2023, furthering her career in ABA to continue providing quality services to all of her clients!

    Bianca has been working in the field of ABA since 2020 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton in 2023!

    Her passion for helping others and desire to watch the kiddos learn and grow has led her to being a dedicated, caring, and quality therapist here at Conscious Kids. She became our staff trainer in September, 2023 as she has consistently shown her ability to make accurate clinical judgements and help others do the same.

    She is so excited to work with the kiddos and their families here at Conscious Kids!

    Sylvie has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from Maryville University.

    She is very passionate about working with children. Her passion makes her excited about being a part of the team and working with each child and their family!

    Diana received her Bachelor’s in 2024, and has been working as a clinician at Conscious Kids since 2023.

    Diana is passionate about developing meaningful relationships with her clients and helping those around her. She brings a caring energy to all of the kiddos she works with and supports them through their learning.

    Montse is a mother to two young children, and a strong clinician who shows care and support to her clients.

    Montse is able to use her experience as a parent to connect with the families at CK and provide a compassionate approach to all of her clients.

  • Amanda Sky Ramos

    A.A., RBT

    Sky has worked diligently to receive her A.A. in three fields; Human Behavior and Self Development, Social and Behavioral Science, and Liberal Arts and Humanities. She is currently attending CSULB and will be obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in History as well as teaching credentials by 2025.

    Sky’s passion for helping others led her to the field of ABA, and she has expressed that she ‘truly enjoys working in this field because she feels fulfilled knowing that she is helping others learn and grow’!

    Sky always has a smile on her face and is ready to work hard and enjoy her time with every kiddo that comes into Conscious Kids!

    Cynthia studied Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Elementary Education at California State University, Fullerton. She shows genuine care and dedication to each client she works with here at Conscious Kids!

    She is hard working and always pushing herself to grow in her role as a clinician, and we could not be more proud of her!

    Shirley is a hard-working clinician who is always ready to take initiative and continue learning!

    She brings a soft yet firm approach to her sessions and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever she can. Shirley is wonderful with all of the kiddos she works with, and creates a welcoming environment!

    She is currently studying to get her Bachelor’s degree, and continues to work hard in her sessions and support all of her clients in reaching their goals.

    Isabella has spent a lot of her time around young children for many years, and has used the skills she developed during nannying to build rapport and teach the clients at Conscious Kids.

    Isabella is caring and sweet with all of the kiddos she works with, and helps them reach their goals daily!

    Behavior Clinician

    Maggie has worked in a school setting providing after-school support to the kiddos in her classroom, and also has a daughter of her own!

    Maggie is a quick-thinker, makes accurate assessments, and is able to use her skills from the classroom and parenting to connect with the kiddos at Conscious Kids and help them be successful during their sessions at CK!
